The power of being alone with myself.

Alone or All one ?

These days, it is difficult to catch op with time.

Where do we stay in the middle of the daily rush in the world surrounding us ?

So many distractions that can keep us away from ourselves.

Can we still make contact with our deepest self ?

I start and end my day in silence, being alone with myself.

Sometimes only 5 minutes, sometimes 20 minutes.

During the day I try to stop for 1,2,3,4,5 deep breaths.

It helps me to center and aline with my inner source.

I am the only person who knows what is best for me and which steps to take forward.
I try to stay pure, be a loving presence and install some discipline in my life.
