Hi there,

This is me again.

First, I want to talk about watching movies.

I am a huge film lover.

Some days when I'm not feeling so well, I have the bad ? habit of bing watching series.

I restarted one of my favourite series on Netflix: Outlander. Outlander is about a woman who travels through the stones and refinds herself in at the same spot but 200 years earlier. I always liked the idea of time travelling and worlds with different timelines.  Sometimes I want to escape in another timeline.

After a while, I am so fed up with watching Netflix that I feel the urge to see a 'good' movie.

I discovered Picl during corona. I couldn't go out to watch movies at the cinema, so I watched them online on Picl.

On Picl you can find non-commercial movies. So yesterday I watched 'Sometimes I think about dying'. I really love the young actress playing Fran. Fran is a woman with little social skills, she is a bit shy and a bit strange, but she knows really well what she likes and what not.

Sometimes I think about dying too. I think we all do every once in a while.

Longer ago, I watched 'Fallen leaves'. I already saw several movies from Aki Kaurismäki, one of my favourite directors.

Second, I want to tell you something about the women-mandala circle, of which I have been a part for a while now.

Every Thursday evening, we gather online on zoom.

A women-mandala is a group of women that support each other's dreams. It works with the elements.

You start as a fire-woman, and you grow through the elements to the middle of the circle where you become a water-woman, the person who leads the mandala and is the receiver of abundance to support her dream.

Here is an introduction video. Some people think this is a scam. It depends on your point of view and how you are standing in this world. Everything has two sides. My experience is positive.

And to end, I want to tell you how much I enjoy being alone or better, be with myself.

I love teaching and I love my children, but I could never really be with them without taking time for myself.

I enjoy being still in nature, listening to the birds, to the rain, the wind in the trees, a waterfall...

Nature is so beautiful. Look at her colours, her shapes, listen to her sounds.

We are nature too. We only often choose to forget about that.

I have a new habit of starting my classes with some relaxing nature sounds or water flowing.

I can see my students can appreciate this. They sink in their bodies and they become really present.
