All about sleep.
Oh, how I love to get into my cosy bed.
Especially when the dark falls in early and it is a bit colder outside.
I wrap my duvet around me, and I am in my very own, private cocoon for at least 7 hours.
We spend 1/3 of our lives in bed.
So it is worth it to dive deeper into the meaning of sleep.

I am one of those lucky persons who, mostly, don't have trouble to fall asleep.
Recently I developed a new habit. Before falling asleep, I listen to Alpha waves or nature sounds for about 45 minutes. Sometimes I already fall asleep while listening. I only wake up for a moment to turn off my phone.

I always struggle to find the right position for me to sleep.
