Autumn blues

Here I am, staring at the clouds,

getting darker day by day...

Where am I, now ?

Lost in space.

Lost in life.

Lost in desperation.

Longing for a new world.

Timeless, spaceless, endless,

bountiful and beautiful.

Joyful and abundant.

Peaceful, loving and caring.

Singing, laughing, dancing, feeling, talking, wondering, discovering day by day...

Do you know the feeling ?

Nothing really matters.

Everything is grey and dark.

You don't want to see anyone.

You want to stay in your cocoon

or get back in your mother's womb.

Years ago, I found a book: The musical home pharmacy.

It's all about using (classical) music for specific moods.

So I made my own musical pharmacy on Spotify.

I want to share it with you, although yours may be very different.

I have melancholic music to linger on, cheerful music for more life energy.

My favourite composer of melancholic music is Zbigniew Preisner.

He is Poland's leading film music composer.
